How to Do First-Touch Feint and Why It Builds Disguise
First-Touch Feint is a wall drill where the player adds a deceptive body or foot movement immediately when receiving the ball. This trains disguise, control, and quick thinking, making it harder for defenders to predict your next move. Practicing against a wall sharpens reactions and adds creativity to first-touch play.
