You have the right to return the products purchased from the BallMaster online store within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you received the product. If you wish to exercise this right, please complete this form and send it to us via email at info@ballmastertraining.com.
Important:
You may withdraw from the contract for the Training System only until you have received the shipment containing the Activation Code from the delivery service provider (courier) and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the order date. After accepting the shipment containing the Activation Code, if you decide to return the products purchased along with the Content, we will only refund the price of the products and their delivery cost.
In all cases, returned products must be unused, with labels intact, in their original packaging, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
