Training System Rules

GENERAL PROVISIONS These BallMaster Training System Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") constitute an agreement between MB Ballmaster, legal entity code 306709417, registered office address Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as "BallMaster" or "we") and you, under which we provide you with access to the BallMaster training program or other digital content (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") available on the website https://www.ballmaster.io (hereinafter referred to as the "Training System").

You have the right to register in the Training System and use the Content only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract with us and if you comply with these Rules and applicable laws. If you are under 18 years old, you may register and use the Content only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By registering in the Training System, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or legal guardian consent.

TRAINING SYSTEM AND CONTENT The Training System and Content are developed based on BallMaster's unique methodology. They are designed to improve football skills through individual practice without a coach. The Training System and Content do not constitute coaching or professional sports services, consultation, or advice from BallMaster or its team members and should not be considered as such.

If you have or suspect that you may have any health conditions, injuries, or other issues that could limit your physical activity, you must consult a healthcare professional, such as a family doctor or specialist, before using the Training System and/or Content. This is particularly important for individuals with pre-existing conditions, recent injuries, chronic illnesses, or any other health concerns that could be affected by physical activity.

Do not use the Training System and/or Content if you experience any physical pain, discomfort, or symptoms requiring medical attention. If you have any doubts or concerns regarding the suitability or potential impact of the Training System and/or Content on your health, please contact us before use.

ACCOUNT You must register and create an account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") in the Training System. By creating an Account, you confirm that you agree to these Rules and have read the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for all actions performed through your Account and must ensure the security of your password and login details. If you notice any unauthorized use of your Account, you must contact us immediately.

You may close your Account at any time by notifying us via the email address specified in these Rules. We reserve the right to close an Account if it remains inactive for 24 months.

USE OF CONTENT You will gain access to the Content after creating an Account and entering your unique Content activation code (hereinafter referred to as the "Activation Code"). The Activation Code can only be used once per Account.

By obtaining an Activation Code, you receive a license to use the Content under the following key conditions:

• The Content is for personal use only.

• The Content may be used by you and your family members but cannot be copied, transferred (whether for a fee or free of charge), or granted to others for use.

• The Content may not be modified, altered, translated, adapted, or used to create derivative works.

• The rights granted to you are non-exclusive, meaning that both BallMaster and other users may access the Content.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT You may withdraw from the contract only until you have received the shipment containing the Activation Code from the delivery service provider (courier) and no later than 14 days from the order date. If you do not accept the shipment containing the Activation Code, the Content will be considered delivered to you. The withdrawal procedure is specified in the BallMaster online store rules.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY By using the Training System and/or Content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All intellectual property rights in the Training System, Content, and their individual components belong exclusively to BallMaster and/or other rights holders.

• All trademarks, logos, domain names, texts, images, videos, graphics, illustrations, and other materials in the Training System and Content are protected by intellectual property laws.

• You must not copy, modify, or otherwise use these intellectual property elements without prior written permission from BallMaster or the respective rights holder.

• BallMaster actively protects its intellectual property rights and takes necessary legal actions to enforce them.

RESPONSIBILITY The results you achieve using the Training System may vary depending on individual factors, such as your health, physical fitness, skill level, and compliance with the training exercises. BallMaster does not guarantee specific results from using the Training System.

BallMaster makes no explicit or implied warranties regarding the suitability or effectiveness of the Training System for individual needs or health conditions.

BallMaster is not responsible for any injuries, adverse effects, or other consequences resulting from the use of the Training System. If minors under 18 years old use the Training System, their parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring appropriate use.

The Content may be provided through third-party services. We take all reasonable steps to ensure the proper functioning of these services but are not responsible for their actions or failures.

The Training System may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, products, services, special offers, or other content. We do not assume any responsibility for third-party websites, content, or services accessed through the Training System.

BallMaster reserves the right to prohibit the use of the Training System and suspend or block an Account if there is suspicion of unauthorized use, violation of these Rules, or applicable laws, or upon receipt of official legal orders.

Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, BallMaster's liability under these Rules is limited to the amount paid for the Content.

CHANGES AND TERMINATION BallMaster may amend these Rules for important reasons (e.g., legal changes, Training System updates, etc.). If the changes are not legally required, we will notify Account holders at least 15 days before the changes take effect.

BallMaster reserves the right to discontinue the Training System at any time.

OTHER CONDITIONS These Rules are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Rules or the use of the Training System will be resolved in Lithuanian courts following Lithuanian law. Consumer disputes may be resolved by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (https://www.vvtat.lt) or via the European online dispute resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/odr/).

All notifications related to these Rules will be sent via email (to BallMaster's email address or the email address associated with your Account).

If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
