WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY MEAN?

In this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy"), we provide information on how your personal data is processed when you purchase from the BallMaster online store (hereinafter referred to as the "E-store") or use the BallMaster training program or other digital content (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") available on the website https://www.ballmaster.io (hereinafter referred to as the "Training System"), or visit the E-store or Training System websites (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Websites").

Terms written in uppercase in this Privacy Policy that are not defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in the BallMaster E-store Rules and the BallMaster Training System Rules.

WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

MB Ballmaster, legal entity code 306709417, registered office address Perkūnkiemio g. 19, LT-12120 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter referred to as "BallMaster" or "we"), is the data controller of personal data of Website visitors, E-store buyers, and Training System users and processes these personal data in accordance with the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

In managing the Websites and providing you access to the E-store and Training System, we process the following personal data for the purposes listed below:

  • Purpose: Sale of goods in the E-store, order fulfillment

    • Processed data: Buyer's name, surname, address, phone number, email address.

    • Legal basis: Contract (when the buyer is a natural person) or legitimate interest in conducting business (when the buyer is a legal entity).

    • Storage period: 10 years after order fulfillment.

  • Purpose: Order delivery

    • Processed data: Recipient's name, surname, phone number, email address, address, parcel locker information, shipment number.

    • Legal basis: Contract.

    • Storage period: 10 years after order fulfillment.

    • Data may be transferred to courier services and delivery providers.

  • Purpose: Payment refunds

    • Processed data: Buyer's name, surname, bank account number, other relevant details.

    • Legal basis: Contract, legal obligation.

    • Storage period: 10 years after payment transaction.

    • Data may be transferred to payment service providers.

  • Purpose: Creation and administration of Training System accounts, Content provision

    • Processed data: Account user's name, surname, email address, phone number, Activation Code, data on Content and Training System usage.

    • Legal basis: Contract.

    • Storage period: Until the account is active and 24 months after the last login.

  • Purpose: Communication with Training System users and other Website visitors

    • Processed data: Name, surname, phone number, email address, other information provided when contacting us.

    • Legal basis: Taking steps at the data subject's request before entering into a contract or legitimate interest in conducting business and/or ensuring quality.

    • Storage period: 1 year after query resolution or after message submission.

  • Purpose: Direct marketing (newsletters, event invitations, similar product or service offers)

    • Processed data: Name, surname, email, phone number.

    • Legal basis: Consent or legitimate interest in offering similar products/services to customers.

    • Storage period: 2 years after receiving consent or after the customer has purchased goods/services.

    • Data may be transferred to newsletter service providers.

  • Purpose: Social media account management

    • Processed data: Unique ID, IP address, device information.

    • Legal basis: Consent or legitimate interest in interacting with customers.

    • Storage period: As long as the social media visitor is a follower of the accounts.
