Return Policy

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your Ballmaster product. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return policy for undamaged items in their original packaging.

How it works: Return within 14 days: You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it if it has not been used and is in its original packaging. This gives you the chance to decide if the product meets your expectations before using it.

Full return conditions: To receive a full refund, the item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. If the item has been used or the packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Return shipping costs: We will cover the return shipping costs. Contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide all necessary instructions.

Important notes: Applies to all items: This return policy applies to all Ballmaster products purchased.

Packaging integrity: Make sure the original packaging remains intact. Opening or damaging the packaging may void the right to return.

European Union 14-day withdrawal period: If the item is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to withdraw or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without explanation. The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
